One bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), living room with a sofa bed (suitable for 1 child), spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, capsule coffee machine, etc.), located on the ground floor with a covered terrace, porch, and garden. Very well oriented for the warmer months. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and bedroom, smart TV, free Wi-Fi in the apartment and common areas. Optional parking subject to availability (with extra charge).
Occupancy for two people, and possibly a child. Minimum stay two days except special dates.
