Un dormitorio con cama doble en 150, salón con sofá cama (para 1 niño), amplio baño con ducha y lavadora, cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno multifunción, cafetera cápsulas, etc.), en planta baja con terraza cubierta con porche y jardín. Muy buena orientación para los meses más cálidos. Aire acondicionado frío/calor en el salón y dormitorio, smart TV, internet con WIFI gratis en el apartamento y zonas comunes. Parking opcional sujeto a disponibilidad (con suplemento).
