Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and kitchen utensils). It is a third floor with an elevator, with an excellent private and closed terrace, very sunny and suitable for all months of the year. Hot/cold air conditioning in living room and bedroom. TV with internet in the living room and second television in the bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. Parking spaces within the urbanization.
Maximum occupancy four people. Minimum stay two days except special dates.

Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
