Very cool and suitable for the summer months. Air Conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms. A TV with internet in the living room. Free Wifi in the apartment and common areas.

Maximum occupancy four people.

Minimum stay two nights except special dates.

Form of Payment

30 % when booking by deposit or bank transfer. The rest is due upon delivery of the apartment.

Cancellation fees

Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100 % of the down payment.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the payment.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, 20 % of the down payment.
