Very sunny facing south, very suitable for all months of the year. Hot/cold air conditioning in living room. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment and common areas, SmartTV. Optional parking subject to availability with additional cost.
Maximum occupancy, four people. Minimum stay, two days except special dates.

30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
