It has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 m. and built-in wardrobe, second bedroom with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and cooking utensils). Air conditioning in living room and master bedroom. Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. It is a GROUND FLOOR with large private garden, very cool for summer. Parking spaces within the urbanization.
Maximum occupancy, four people. Minimum stay, two days except special dates.

Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
