A bedroom with a double bed in 150, living room with sofa bed (for 1 child), large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), on the ground floor with a covered terrace with porch and yard. Very good orientation for the warmer months. Hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, smart TV 39', internet with free WIFI in the apartment and common areas. Optional parking subject to availability (with supplement).
Occupancy for two people and possibly a child. Minimum stay, two days except special dates.

Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
