Very sunny with south orientation, very suitable for all months of the year. Very nice see view. Hot / cold air conditioning in living room and bedroom, free Wifi in apartment and common areas, SmartTV. Optional parking subject to availability with additional cost.
Maximum occupancy, four people. Minimum stay, two days except for special dates.

Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
