Great apartment with two bedrooms, a 1.50 double bed in the main bedroom and two 90-size beds in the second bedroom, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with a round bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, on the ground floor with a porch and garden. Very cool for the hottest months. Very good situation within the urbanization, near the pool and exit to the beach, sea views. Hot / cold air conditioning in living room. TV with internet in living room and second TV in bedroom. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment and common areas. Optional parking depending on availability (with additional cost).
Maximum occupancy, four people. Minimum stay, two days except for special dates.

30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
