Air conditioning in living room and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms. Free Wifi in the apartment and common areas. It is a GROUND FLOOR with a large porch and closed private garden. Spaces for parking within the urbanization.

Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
