Very close to the sea with good views, very cool for the hottest months. Air conditioning cold / heat in living room. TV. Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. Optional parking based on availability (with additional cost).
Maximum occupancy four people. Minimum stay two days except special dates.

Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
