Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment and in common areas. It is a FIRST FLOOR with two large terraces, facing south and north. Parking spaces within the urbanization.
Maximum occupancy, four people. Minimum stay, two days except special dates.

Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
