Very cool for the hottest months. Air conditioning cold / heat in living room and main bedroon. TV. Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. Optional parking based on availability (with additional cost).
Maximum occupancy six people. Minimum stay two days except special dates.

Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
