Free Wifi in apartment and common areas. Exclusive covered parking space of the apartment within the urbanization. Maximum occupancy six people. Minimum stay, two days except special dates.

These schedules can be flexible depending on the occupation of the house.
Way to pay:
30% when making the reservation by deposit account or bank transfer. The rest is paid upon delivery of the apartment.
Annulment expenses:
Before 15 days of the day of arrival, 100% of the advance.
Between 15 and 30 days of arrival, 50% of the advance.
Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival, 20% of the advance.
